Why choose 24-hour care?
We will assign a team of Care Workers that will cover the rota on a shift basis. We will limit the amount of Carers assigned to ensure consistency with care. A dedicated Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor will be assigned to ensure the package of care remains suitable and effective.
