Role snapshot:
This is a newly created post for an Associate Clinical Director to support the current Clinical Director with a second line of management. The post holder will be managing their own diary with mostly working from home and travelling to services across the UK when deemed necessary.
The successful candidate will have a strategic minded approach in supporting each service reach their best potential, the candidate appointed will therefore help lead and inspire services across England and Wales. This is a managerial and strategic role currently, there is an opportunity for the post holder to hold a small clinical caseload in the future.
Contract type – permanent
Hours – full time
Salary – up to £70,000 FTE plus £3600 car allowance
Experience required:
Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration along with:
- Clinical supervision training
- Assessment and service development experience
- Line management experience
- A forensic background and experience working in children residential services
