Therapy services manager – Adult/CAMHS

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Therapy Services Manager to join a hospital in London.

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will be joining the SMT leading a Therapy Services team. They will work within an MDT, supporting a variety of wards (child and adolescent mental health services, specialist Eating Disorder services, Acute/PICU services and a private addictions service.) The post-holder will contribute to service developments and review and deliver therapy plans for individual and group sessions.

Contract type – permanent,

Hours – Full time – 37.5 hours per week

Salary – £61800 – £66950 FTE

Experience required:

The succesful applicant will hold a relevant professional qualification, a post-graduate qualification together with full membership / accreditation of a relevant professional body.

They will have knowledge of group therapy programs, different therapeutic modalities, 12 Step program and inpatient therapeutic services (desirable, not essential.)

Previous supervisory/managerial experience for a group of professional staff is mandatory.

*On-call is a requirement of this role
