Senior CBT HI Practitioner

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical Lead to work within an NHS Talking Therapies service in Birmingham & Solihull.

Role snapshot:

This is a hybrid role, offering 4 days per week working from home and 1 day per week on-site in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will lead and line manage a team of CBT High Intensity Practitioners and Trainees, providing clinical supervision, case management, wellbeing and performance support. The role also includes maintaining a small clinical caseload, overseeing clinical governance, caseload audits, allocations and service KPIs, alongside supporting trainee development and wider service improvement.

Contract type – 12 month fixed-term

Hours – full-time

Location – Hybrid: 4 days remote, 1 day on-site in Birmingham

Salary – £48,250 per annum

Experience required:

Applicants will be qualified CBT High Intensity Practitioners with experience delivering within an NHS Talking Therapies service. Candidates will need previous experience in clinical supervision and case management, alongside knowledge of routine outcome monitoring, risk assessment, safeguarding and working to NHS Talking Therapies KPIs.
