Psychotherapist – CYP residential

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Psychotherapist to work for a leading provider, within a CYP Educational / Residential service across the West Midlands.

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will managing a caseload for 1-2-1 and where required, group intervention, providing specialist input to young people and teams within educational and residential settings.

You will contribute to the development of the service, and liaise with external agencies e.g., Local Authorities and CAMHS to ensure the young people’s needs are met, and the right intervention is in place on a case-by-case basis.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary – up to £35,000 FTE

Experience required:

Psychotherapists applying will have registration /accreditation with the relevant governing body, along with experience working with children, young people and complex mental health.
