Psychologist – inpatients

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to work within an adult inpatient service in Norfolk with an overall CQC rating of “Good.”

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will be working within a high dependency rehabilitation service for adult service users who present with complex mental health, learning disability and challenging behaviours and other conditions such as ASD, complex trauma and a personality disorder.

The post holder will provide assessments and therapeutic interventions, both 121 and group based.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – 18.5 hours per week

Salary – £54,700 FTE

Experience required:

Clinical, Counselling and Forensic Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration and previous experience working in a forensic or inpatient setting. Those due to qualify from their doctoral training are encouraged to apply.
