Psychologist – forensic

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a HCPC registered Psychologist to work within a low secure psychiatric unit based in Derbyshire who have an overall CQC rating of “Good.”

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will be joining an MDT who work in a low secure service for male service users who present with complex mental health and learning disabiltiies . The post holder will conduct psychological assessments, HCR-20 risk assessments and 121 and group therapeutic interventions.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – Full time

Salary – £50500 FTE

Experience required:

Forensic Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration and experience working with complex mental health. Those that are due to qualify this year from their doctoral training year are encouraged to apply.
