Psychologist – EDU

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist to work within an eating disorders service in South Worcestershire who have an overall CQC rating of “Good.”

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will be working across inpatient and day patient services for adolescent and young adults who present with an eating disorder including Bulimia Nervosa, Anorexia Nervosa and Avoidant Restive Food Intake Disorder.

The post holder will provide assessments and treatment. Therapeutic interventions may include brief, medium or long-term psychotherapy.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – full time and part time will be considered

Salary – Up to £50,000 FTE DOE

Experience required:

Clinical, Counselling and Forensic Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration and experience working with eating disorders. Those who have an interest in working within this setting and have the confidence and transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
