Psychologist – community neurorehabilitation

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for HCPC registered Psychologist to join an upcoming service that delivers community neurorehabilitation.

*Home based with travel required to deliver direct therapy in service users homes*

*Car driver mandatory*

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will deliver neuropsychological rehabilitation within the Midlands service. You will deliver direct specialist psychological assessments and interventions.

The role involves interdisciplinary working, shared formulation and collaborative planning across professions to ensure a client–centred approach.

You will utilise trauma informed approaches to support service users in returning to work/education.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – part-time, 2 or 3 days per week. Wednesdays are mandatory, other days can be flexible

Salary – £65,000 FTE – £75,000 FTE

Experience required:

Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration as a Psychologist along with 4+ years experience in ABI/TBI. It is very desirable if you also have your QICN qualification, and are passionate about community-based work.
