Psychologist – adult acute

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical Psychologist to work within an adult acute service in Southwest London.

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will be joining an MDT within a mental health hospital for adult service users who present with severe and complex mental health conditions which can include those who have drug and alcohol addiction.

The post holder will conduct assessments, clinical formulations and provide therapy on a 121 and group basis.

Contract type – 12 month FTC

Hours – 3 days per week

Salary – £47,150 – £51,500 FTE

Experience required:

Clinical Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration and experience working with complex mental health presentations, ideally within an acute or inpatient setting.
