Shire Healthcare are working in partnership with a specialist provider of Neuro Rehab, recruiting to a permanent opportunity for a Principal Clinical Psychologist, based in South Wales.

Role summary

The candidate appointed will be joining an MDT working with adults who have acquired brain injury, complex neurological and challenging behaviours, within a rehab setting. This role will include:

• Specialist neuropsychological assessments.
• Formulate and implement plans of specialist therapeutic interventions
• Work with both neuropsychological and mental health presentations
• Risk assessment and risk management
• Specialist neuropsychological assessments.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – full time (part time applications will be considered)

Salary – £56,100 – £65,300 FTE plus a £6000 welcome bonus*

Experience required:

Due to the specialist and complex nature of the role, applicants applying will have post qualification experience working within neurorehabilitation.
