CQC Registered Manager
We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist residential service in the Widnes area, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and associated complex needs.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and development of the service, creating a positive culture for both the people supported and your team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing care team
- Maintaining a strong safeguarding culture across the service
- Ensuring high standards of person-centred care and support
- Overseeing service development, quality and compliance
- Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and CQC requirements
- Recruiting, inducting, coaching and developing team members
- Working closely with senior management and other professionals
- Promoting independence, choice and positive outcomes for the people supported
The organisation takes a multidisciplinary approach to support, working alongside professionals including Behaviour Analysts, Learning Disability Nurses, Social Workers, Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists.
Who We’re Looking For
Ideally, you will already have experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a CQC regulated service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities or complex needs.
You must have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent as a minimum
- Previous management experience within a relevant care setting
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and CQC requirements
- The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
