Consultant Clinical Psychologist – Neuro

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Consultant Clinical Psychologist to join a Learning Disability and Autism service in North Staffordshire.

Site summary:

This site provides a specialist service for adults who present with a learning disability and/or autism and complex mental health, such as personality disorder, and a forensic history. The MDT at this site provide a psychologically informed therapeutic and outcomes focused rehabilitation.

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will be responsible for the clinical service offered by the MDT and will support the delivery and development of the neurobehavioral care pathway. This will include leading and overseeing the specialist neurobehavioral rehabilitation programme.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – full time and part time will be considered

Salary – £80,000 FTE

Experience required:

Clinical Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration along with registration with the BPS’ Specialist Register of Clinical Neuropsychologists. Due to the seniority of the role, extensive experience working in Neuropsychology is required.
