Clinical Lead – CSE
Job Description:
Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical Lead to work within a specialist Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) service across the Shropshire region.
Role snapshot:
The successful candidate will lead a small clinical team supporting young people at risk of, or with lived experience of, sexual exploitation. The role combines clinical leadership, supervision, formulation, assessment and risk management, alongside contributing to the development of a trauma-informed and relational service.
You will work closely with the National Clinical Lead, other regional Clinical Leads, residential care and education professionals, families and wider services. The Shropshire region includes 11 residential homes and 2 schools.
Contract type – Permanent
Hours – Full-time
Salary – £57,000–£67,000
Location – Shropshire
Experience required:
- Experience working with care-experienced children and young people and/or sexual exploitation.
- Experience within residential care, CAMHS, inpatient or complex mental health settings.
- Experience supporting young people with high levels of distress and risk.
- Some supervision or leadership experience.
- Skills in formulation, consultation and multidisciplinary working.
- Experience or interest in reflective practice and service development.
- A warm, collaborative and resilient approach to clinical work.
