Children’s Residential Support Worker

Permanent Support Workers required in Swadlincote, Derbyshire

Supporting children presenting with learning disabilities in a residential setting.

£10.70 – £11.33 per hour with a pay rise in September 2022.

Early shift: 7:15am – 3:15pm
Late shift: 2:30pm – 9:45pm

3 week rolling rota – 1 weekend off every 3 weeks.

33 days paid annual leave per annum.

Driving license is an essential criteria due to location.

Previous experience is not essential.

As a Support Worker your main responsibilities will include:

Support people in accordance with their needs and wishes as detailed in their person centred support plans.
Support the clients in staying active, healthy and as independent as possible.
Support people in all aspects of their daily living, for example, shopping, cooking and domestic.
Excellent opportunities to progress within the organisation into Senior roles.
