CBT Psychotherapist – child trauma

Shire Healthcare working in partnership with a specialist care provider for child trauma, recruiting for a CBT Psychotherapist to join their team based in North Wales.

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will join an Integrated Therapies Team who work with children and young people (ages 10-18), who have experienced significant trauma, providing assessments and psychological interventions on both a 121 and group basis.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – both part time and full time can be considered.

Salary – up to £44,000 FTE

Experience required:

CBT Therapists applying will have accreditation with the BABCP and will have previous experience working with children and young people with complex needs, specifically trauma. Those who have provisional accreditation are encouraged to apply.
