Once you have accepted an offer of employment, your Recruitment Consultant will facilitate the offer and work with the hiring client to ensure your compliance checks are carried out in a timely manner. Once you start in post, Shire will no longer need involvement.

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, you have the right to make a complaint. All complaints are resolved within 28 working days but for more complex complaints, we may need a little longer. You will need to make your complaint directly to your Recruitment Consultant or Director, James Greany (james.greany@shire-hcs.co.uk)
All complaints are confidential and used as an opportunity to improve our services.
We offer £100.00 – £250.00 per referral you make, once your referral has been placed and completed their probationary period with our client. We have a system in place that allows us to track the referral payment and when it’s due, meaning you don’t need to worry.
There is no limit to the number of friends or colleagues you can refer!
