They work with children and young people in either an educational and/or residential setting who present a complexity of needs including developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions, autism, ADHD, and special educational needs.
Role snapshot:
The candidate appointed be joining an MDT working with pupils and residents (8-18 yrs old) in a school and residential. The post holder will provide therapeutic living and learning environments, based on clinical assessments and formulation, offering individualised interventions to young people. Presentations may include developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conductions and SEN.
Contract type – permanent (52 week working)
Hours – full time (part time applicants may be considered)
Salary - £36,500 - £44,100FTE
Experience required:
Candidates applying will be registered or accredited with the relevant governing body such as the BACP or HCPC, along with having previous experience working with children and young people with complex needs such as autism, ADHD, SEMH and /or learning disabilities. Those working towards accreditation will be considered.

I honestly can’t thank this company enough for how amazing they have been. From start to finish they kept me constantly informed, checking in with me and making sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way.
Scott in particular was absolutely brilliant , so helpful, kind and reassuring, and really went out of his way to advise and support me. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.
