Clinical Director – CYP/LAC (REMOTE)

Shire Healthcare are recruiting to a Clinical Director of Children services within one of Europe’s largest Care & Special Needs Education providers. This is a home based role with an expectation to travel to sites nationwide.

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will drive and lead the national strategy of governance and practice for therapeutic lead clinical services which provide therapeutic care to young people. The post holder will work closely with all managing directors ensuring a robust operational management of the range of clinical services.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – full time

Salary – up to £120,000 FTE

Individuals with a health or social work background who have registration with the relevant governing body will be considered.

Experience required:

Due to the seniority of the role, those applying will have background working in Children’s SEMH, SEN and Residential settings specifically within Looked After Children’s services. In addition, have previous experience working at a similar level for a large organisation.
