Therapist – CYP Residential

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, to work across a range of residential homes supporting looked after children in Hampshire.

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide bespoke assessment and formulation for the young people, to ensure you deliver effective interventions. You will also contribute to the development and delivery of therapeutic care programmes.

The successful applicant will effectively safeguard, adhere to ethical framework, and deliver individual and group therapy based on the needs of the service users.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – full time preferred but part time can be considered

Salary – £45000 – £55000 FTE

Experience required:

Candidates applying will hold full accreditation with the BACP, UKCP, HCPC or a similar governing body. It is essential applicants also have post qualification experience with children and young people, preferably within residential care settings.
