CBT Therapist – workplace mental health (hybird)
Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a CBT Therapist to work in Liverpool on a hybrid basis.
Role snapshot:
The successful candidate will provide brief, goal-oriented CBT to a caseload of adult patients presenting with a varied range of clinical presentations and contextual factors. The role will involve delivering therapy both face-to-face and remotely, with patients referred through workplace, Occupational Health and private healthcare services.
You will be supported through regular clinical supervision, weekly team meetings and ongoing CPD, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress within a growing clinical service.
Contract type – Permanent
Hours – Part-time & full-time, 15–37.5 hours per week
Location – Liverpool – minimum 1 day on-site
Salary – £38,000–£47,250 FTE, pro rata, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Experience required:
- BABCP accredited CBT Therapist.
- Postgraduate Diploma or Masters in CBT.
- Experience delivering high-intensity CBT.
- Adult clinical experience is essential.
- Primary care, workplace or Occupational Health experience desirable.
