Senior Residential Children’s Worker

We are recruiting for a Senior Residential Children’s Support Worker to join a specialist residential home supporting children and young people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.

The Role

As a Senior Residential Children’s Support Worker, you will provide person centred support to children and young people who may have:

• Autism and complex learning disabilities
• Limited or non-verbal communication
• Other complex health and care needs

Alongside providing direct support with daily routines, activities, communication, independence and personal care, you will act as a senior member of the team, supporting colleagues and helping to maintain high standards of care.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for candidates with previous experience within care, support or a similar environment. For this role you must have completed a Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or equivalent.
