Job Description:
Shire Healthcare are working with one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist neurological rehabilitation to recruit a Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist for a specialist rehabilitation centre based in York.
About the employer:
This employer is a leading independent provider of specialist neurological rehabilitation and mental healthcare, supporting adults with acquired brain injury and other complex neurological conditions through expert multidisciplinary teams.
Role snapshot:
The successful candidate will provide highly specialist neuropsychological assessment and intervention for adults with complex neurological conditions. Alongside direct clinical work, you will provide leadership and consultation to the multidisciplinary team, contribute to rehabilitation planning, and support the ongoing development of the service.
Contract type – Permanent
Hours – 2 days per week (15 hours)
Salary – £88,000 FTE (pro rata) + £5,000 welcome bonus
Experience required:
Applicants must be HCPC registered Clinical Psychologists with experience practising at Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist level within specialist neurorehabilitation services with adults who have acquired brain injury or complex neurological conditions.
