Psychotherapist – CYP residential

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Psychotherapist to work within a specialist CYP residential service in Merseyside.

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will be working within a Children’s home for young people who present with learning disabilities and/or ASD. The post holder will support young people and staff in developing behaviour programmes. A proportion of the role will also be working within a children’s residential service providing Psychotherapy to adolescents who are presenting with chronic stress.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – both part time and full time will be considered

Salary – £50,000 FTE

Experience required:

Psychotherapists applying will have previous experience working within SEMH/SEN and/or children’s residential services. UKCP, BACP or BABCP registration is required.
