Psychologist – adults

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to work within an adult service in Surrey with an overall CQC rating of “Good.”

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will be working with adult service users in both an inpatient and outpatient setting providing assessments and therapy (both 121 and group based). Interventions may include CBT, schema therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, ACT and/or DBT.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – both part time and full time will be considered.

Salary – £50,000 – 60,000 FTE

Experience required:

Clinical, Counselling and Forensic Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration and previous experience working with trauma and acute mental health. Sound CBT experience is mandatory.
