Psychologist – addictions & trauma
Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a HCPCreg. Psychologist to work for an award-winning Charity for addictions and trauma across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.
Role snapshot:
The candidate appointed will be working within an MDT across two award-winning centres, within 1 hours drive of each other, who work with solely female service users. The post holder will utilize a holistic approach offering psychological support to adults’ crisis. Presentations include addictions, trauma, and co-occurring mental health disorders. The successful candidate will also be providing clinical supervision.
Contract type – permanent.
Hours – 3 days per week
Salary – up to £47,000 FTE
Experience required:
Clinical, Counselling and Forensic Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration and experience working with addiction and trauma. Due to the nature of the work carried this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).
