Deputy Clinical Lead (CBT) – adults, fully remote

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a BABCP accredited CBT Therapist to work as a Deputy Clinical Lead for a provider of adult mental health services on a fully remote basis.

Role summary

The candidate appointed will hold a clinical caseload, provide assessments and deliver suitable treatments to service users with mental health problems. You will also support a small team of senior therapists.

The post holder will ensure service level agreements are maintaned, support in clinical report checks, and any risk escalation.

You will also provide service audit feedback, support recruitment/inductions, and as a service, ensure the team are delivering best practice.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – full time ONLY

Salary – £55,000 – £58,000 FTE

Experience required:

CBT Therapists applying will have BABCP Accreditation along with a core profession (any health, medical or social care profession e.g. nursing/social work etc…) , ideally a minimum of 4 years CBT experience, alongside experience of clinical supervision/ managing a small team.
