Consultant Psychologist – forensic

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Consultant Psychologist to work within a forensic service in York.

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will be working within a medium secure service working with NHS Patients. The post holder will work with the Head of Psychology with the strategic direction of this service. In addition to leading the team, the successful candidate will also hold a small clinical caseload.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – full time (subject to applications, part time may be considered)

Salary – £71,500 FTE

Experience required:

Clinical, Counselling and Forensic Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration and extensive experience working in forensic or inpatient services at strategic level.
