Clinical Service Manager – CYP ASD

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for Psychologist to join a Children’s Charity focused on supporting neurodiversity in Staffordshire.

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will provide operational leadership of the Autism service, and ensure effective management alongside the Chief Operating Officer.

You will support improvements in the service, performance/quality and develop the strategy for the service to ensure business growth.

Additionally, you will be the Safeguarding Lead, deliver supervision, line manage and oversee one of the support teams, and support with clinical assessments in Autism for children aged 4-11 years old.

Contract type – permanent

Hours – full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary – £60,000 – £63,000 FTE

Experience required:

Those applying will have HCPC registration as a Psychologist OR registration with the NMC alongside extensive experience of working with children with neuro-diverse presentations. (including assessment and diagnosis of Autism.) You will also need to have experience in change management, service development and have effectively line managed other clinical stuff previously.
